API 6D Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valve
Pipeline isolation ball valve, trunnion-mounted, with DBB / DIB options
Trunnion-mounted ball valve for pipeline and process isolation, supplied to API 6D from qualified manufacturers. The ball is supported on trunnions so line pressure does not overload the seats — the standard arrangement for larger sizes and higher classes. Double block and bleed (DBB) or double isolation and bleed (DIB) seat designs, fire-safe construction to API 607 / 6FA, and ISO 15848 low-emission packing are offered where the manufacturer provides them. Factory documentation and manufacturer certifications are supplied as specified in the purchase order.
Products are supplied to the stated API / ISO / ASME / AWWA standards from qualified manufacturers for projects in Saudi Arabia, including Dammam, Jubail, Yanbu, Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Certifications, monograms and listings are those of the manufacturing plant and are provided as specified in the purchase order.
