API 599 Plug Valve
Lubricated or sleeved plug valve for process and pipeline isolation
Plug valve supplied to API 599 from qualified manufacturers for quarter-turn isolation on process, slurry and some pipeline services. Lubricated metal-seated plugs or PTFE / PFA sleeved plugs are selected against media and temperature. A short face-to-face and a straight-through bore make the type useful where a ball valve is unspecified or a cavity-free closure is preferred. Fire-safe API 607 builds are quoted where the manufacturer offers them.
Products are supplied to the stated API / ISO / ASME / AWWA standards from qualified manufacturers for projects in Saudi Arabia, including Dammam, Jubail, Yanbu, Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Certifications, monograms and listings are those of the manufacturing plant and are provided as specified in the purchase order.
