Forged steel check valve supplied to API 602 from qualified manufacturers. Piston (lift) or ball-check internals suit vertical or horizontal small-bore lines where reverse flow must be blocked — typical on pump discharges, steam traps bypasses and instrumentation hook-ups. Production tests follow API 598.
