Double-offset high-performance butterfly valve supplied to API 609 Category B from qualified manufacturers. The offset disc cams out of the seat to reduce wear and allows higher pressure and temperature than a concentric resilient butterfly — a common choice on hydrocarbon, steam and utility lines where weight and face-to-face length matter. Soft or metal seats; fire-safe API 607 available where the manufacturer offers it.
