API 609 Triple-Offset Butterfly Valve
Metal-seated triple-offset butterfly for tight shut-off and higher duty
Triple-offset metal-seated butterfly valve supplied to API 609 from qualified manufacturers. The third offset produces a camming, friction-free seat that can achieve tight shut-off on hydrocarbons, steam, cryogenic and high-temperature services where a gate or ball would be heavier. Laminated or solid metal seats, cryogenic extended bonnets and fire-safe API 607 builds are arranged to the datasheet.
