API 6A Wellhead Gate Valve
Slab or expanding gate for wellhead, tree and manifold service
API 6A wellhead and Christmas-tree gate valve supplied from qualified manufacturers for drilling, completion and production service. Slab or expanding gates, forged bodies, and 6B or 6BX end connections cover 2,000 to 15,000 psi working pressures. Material class (AA through HH), product specification level (PSL 1–3G) and performance requirement (PR 1 or PR 2) are selected against the well datasheet. Manufacturer documentation follows API 6A; we do not imply end-user wellhead approval until the appointed plant and the project AVL say so.
Products are supplied to the stated API / ISO / ASME / AWWA standards from qualified manufacturers for projects in Saudi Arabia, including Dammam, Jubail, Yanbu, Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province. Certifications, monograms and listings are those of the manufacturing plant and are provided as specified in the purchase order.
